2. Eligibility

Bets placed on suspended or unavailable markets will be void and stakes refunded. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular market or event.

7. Pricing and PreMatch Odds

Prices shown at the time of bet acceptance are guaranteed (fixed odds) for pre-match wagers unless a bet is voided. For in-play markets, the price at time of bet submission applies. We do not engage in late price flipping or margin manipulation post-acceptance.

8. Settlement

We settle markets based on official results declared by the relevant governing body. If a result is subject to review, we may delay settlement. Where an event is abandoned, we apply standard void rules unless specific settlement rules have been published for that market.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: use automated software, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service; exploit pricing errors or system faults; engage in arbitrage or matched-betting strategies designed to exploit promotions; use multiple accounts; act in concert with other users to defraud us; or engage in any form of money laundering through the Service. Breach of this clause may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer. General rule: one promotion per person, household, and IP address unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the net amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude all liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
